Due to unforeseen circumstances the Server Update planned for Ace last weekend (July 6th and 7th) was moved to this weekend (July 13th and 14th). Our preliminary checks turned up a couple of non-threatening issues that need to be fixed before the upgrade can proceed. Rest assured that these issues in no way affect your hosting experience.

That's right ladies and gentlemen. It's that time of the year again where we do extensive and labor intensive upgrades to bring you the quality and service that you deserve. The server affected this week is one of our oldest running servers ACE! If you happen to be on this wonderful server you can expect very minimal downtimes with a slight chance of better performance at the end of the week. The main feature will occur on Friday the 6th and Saturday the 7th starting at 7pm CST where we will be upgrading the main Operating System. We have already upgraded several servers with a maximum downtime of 70 seconds on average.
As always everyone, keep your eyes, ears, toes, and fingers ready for anything unexpected to occur on your web hosting experience. If you notice something, even very minor, please let us know as soon as possible. We offer a plethora of ways to contact us, so please don't hesitate.
